"Finally, No Insurance Pressure, What a Relief"
Booking was super easy, i was ready for the usual dramatic insurance sales pitch at the counter. But the guy just asked once, I said no, and that was it—absolute miracle. The car was clean enough, nothing fancy, and drop-off was so quick I almost didn’t believe it was over. Solid experience overall!

"Roadside help really came through"
Got a flat tire on my way home, right near a gas station with the worst coffee I’ve ever bought. I contacted support and they answered way faster than I expected. They got everything sorted without making it a big ordeal, and I was back on the road before my phone battery even hit 20%. Definitely appreciated the help.

"Support replied quickly, at least"
Support did get back to me really fast, which I appreciated. I just wish the whole thing hadn’t been something I needed to chase up in the first place.

I was a little worried about extra fees popping up, but nope, my card was charged the exact same amount I saw when I booked. No weird surprises, no surprise charges, nothing like that. Really, really appreciated that

"Picked up the car and it was in..."
Picked up the car and it was in really good shape. The inside was clean, no weird smells or anything like that, which I always notice right away for some reason. Tires looked good too, and it drove smoothly the whole trip. We even stopped for coffee halfway through, totally unrelated, but it made the drive feel even easier. No complaints from me.

"I liked using E-Z Rent A..."
I liked using E-Z Rent A Car because there were actually a decent amount of cars to choose from. I saw smaller cars, SUVs, and a few nicer options too, so it didn’t feel like I was stuck picking between the same two basic choices.

We ended up with a clean SUV that fit all our bags without a problem. The price seemed fair, though I’m sure we booked at a bad time because everything was a bit busier than usual. Still, it worked out fine and I’d use them again.

"Convenient spot, but kind of meh overall"
The pickup location was the best part. It was close to where I was staying, easy to find, and that definitely saved me from a whole extra headache. But the service? Just okay. I had to wait around longer than I expected, which is always annoying because like, why give pickup times if we’re all just going to ignore them? The car was fine, nothing wrong with it, but nothing impressive either. I’d probably use them again if the location was super convenient, but I’m not exactly rushing back or going out of my way for it

I booked a car through e-zrentacar.com, and the fees were easy to see before I paid, which is more than I can say for most car rental sites because they all seem to love hiding stuff. Pickup went fine too, no huge surprise charges, just the normal deposit thing everyone expects. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the taxes were explained a little better.

In my experience, returning the car was way easier than I thought it would be. I dropped it off and was probably out of there in about 5 minutes. The guy just checked the fuel and mileage really quickly, and there weren’t any random extra questions or delays. it felt super simple, and I’d use e-zrentacar again just based on how smooth the return was.

"Deposit hold was straightforward"
The deposit hold part went smoothly for me. They explained the amount they were going to hold ahead of time, so it wasn’t a surprise, and it came off my card after I returned the rental just like they said it would. I was a little cautious about it at first because holds can sometimes be a hassle, but everything ended up being fine. No strange extra charges or drawn-out waiting, so overall it was an easy enough experience.

I used the shuttle from the airport and it was smooth. I think I only waited around 5 minutes or so, and the driver was nice and helped with my bags. We got to the car lot quickly, at least it felt that way. No issues that I can remember, and I’d probably use them again.

"Pickup Line Was a Total Pain"
The car itself was fine and the price wasn’t bad, so no complaints there. But pickup was a bit of a joke. I was stuck in line for almost 45 minutes after my flight, and the staff didn’t really say much about what was going on. Annoying, honestly. Once I finally got to the counter, it was quick enough, but the wait beforehand was just dumb. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely irritating
